Terms of Service
 
 
 
 
Effective Date: August 26, 2025
By requesting or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. We provide fast, reliable roadside assistance:
    Prices shown are starting rates - Final pricing confirmed before dispatch.
  • Jump‑Start - $55
  • Gas Delivery - From $120 
  • Car Battery Installation - From $234.99 
  • Tire Change (customer-supplied) - $100
  • Tire Change (needs new tire) - Service fee plus tire cost
  • Windshield Wiper Replacement - Service fee plus wiper cost
  • Tire Air‑Up — $45
 
2. How Customers get service:
  • Call or Book Online: Let us know your location and service needed.
  • ETA & Price: We provide an estimated arrival time and upfront cost.
  • Dispatch & Resolve: A professional, insured technician arrives promptly and gets you back on the road.
 
3. Payment Terms
  • Payment is due upon completion of the Service.
  • Parts (e.g., fuel, battery, tire, wiper) are billed separately.
  • Accepted payment methods: Visa Debit and Credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
  • Additional fees may apply for difficult access, adverse weather, or atypical vehicle conditions.
 
4. Customer Responsibilities
      You agree to:
  • Provide accurate location and vehicle details.
  • Ensure a safe environment. Use hazard lights and stay clear of traffic if possible.
  • Be present or provide access to the vehicle for the technician.
  • Proof of Ownership/Authorization. You confirm that you are either the owner of the vehicle or have the legal right to request service for it.
  • Accurate Information. If false or incomplete details are provided (wrong location, wrong issue, vehicle type, etc.), extra fees may apply or service may be refused.
  • Safety. If the vehicle is in an unsafe place (e.g., active highway, construction zone, or poor lighting), you must follow the technician’s instructions to move to a safe area if possible.
  • Compliance with Laws. You must follow all local traffic and safety laws while waiting for service.
  • Pets & Passengers. Keep pets and passengers at a safe distance away from where the technician is working.
  • Weather & Conditions. You understand that extreme weather, flooding, or dangerous conditions may prevent service or delay response time.
  • Personal Belongings. You are responsible for securing your valuables; the Company is not liable for loss or damage to personal property inside the vehicle.
  • Cooperation. You must cooperate with the technician (e.g., unlocking the vehicle, providing keys, or following safety instructions).
 
5. Service Limitations
  • We provide roadside assistance for most passenger and light-to-medium duty vehicles. Heavy-duty trucks, including semis, trailers, buses, and specialized equipment are excluded from coverage.
  • We do not provide towing, accident recovery, bodywork, or mechanical repairs beyond the listed services.
  • We are not responsible for services needed due to:
  1.     Accidents or collisions
  2. Theft, vandalism, or attempted theft
  3. Fire, flood, or natural disasters
  4. Pre-existing mechanical or electrical failures
  • We do not cover costs related to replacement parts not supplied by us (e.g., new tires, batteries, or wipers beyond the service fee).
  • In situations where service cannot be safely completed (e.g., unsafe location, extreme weather, inaccessible vehicle), the Company reserves the right to decline or cancel service.
 
6. Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
  • All services are provided without warranties, express or implied.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to missed appointments, lost wages, or vehicle downtime.
  • The Company is not liable for pre-existing mechanical or electrical issues that may be discovered or worsened during service.
  • If our technician directly causes damage while performing service, we will investigate, and if found at fault, repair or compensate up to the service fee paid.
 
7. Cancellations & No-Shows
  • Before dispatch: Cancel anytime without charge.
  • After dispatch: A dispatch fee applies:
  • $50 if the technician has traveled up to 75 miles.
  • For distances beyond 75 miles, an additional $20 is added for every 10 miles (or part thereof) traveled.
  • Example: 76–85 miles = $70 total fee; 86–95 miles = $90 total fee.
  • No-show: If you are not present or fail to provide access to the vehicle at the service location, the full service fee will be charged.
 
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois and disputes will be handled in Peoria County courts. You represent that you’re either the owner or an authorized user of the vehicle. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use implies acceptance.
 
9. Privacy
  • We collect personal and vehicle information solely for the purpose of delivering roadside assistance, processing payments, verifying ownership/authorization, and meeting legal requirements.
  • Service calls or interactions may be recorded (audio, video, or both) for quality assurance, safety, training, and dispute resolution. By requesting service, you consent to such recordings.
  • In some cases, we may require you to provide identification or a signature confirming that you are the vehicle owner, or that you have permission from the owner to request service.
  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to provide services (e.g., with payment processors, insurance providers, or as required by law).
