  • With your permission or when you provide it, we collect precise location to dispatch a technician and complete a job.

 

Audio/Video recordings:

  • We may record calls with dispatch and record onsite audio/video (e.g., technician body-cam/GoPro) for safety, training, quality assurance, and dispute resolution, as disclosed at the start of the interaction.
